Only had a few months and even though they are beautiful and very high quality the river inside the design popped out and looks so unappealing I did not expect this for such a high price

I received this knife as a Christmas gift. It is easy to hold, extremely sharp, and looks beautiful. I am culinary trained and this knife is much easier to use than my German knife. That being said, this knife requires you to take care of it (oiling the handle occasionally, keeping the knife clean and dry, and sharpening on a whetstone). Great knife!

These knives are super sharp, I wish these knives were dishwasher safe though. but other than that I love them
