I slice and chop all kinds of veggies so thinly that they look like they were cut with a machine. I’m also able to beautifully slice meat, raw or cooked, paper thin.

This arrived really fast. It came on our 17th anniversary, and I really thought it would be late. But came the day of. Husband said, "What do I need chef knife for?" Extremely happy with this knife. I bought it for the sole purpose of cutting vegetables and I have no complaints. It came shipped with the sharpest edge I've ever seen out of a package, and I have a collection of several hundred knives.
